Australian Paralympian and flag-bearer for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, Maddison de Rozario is set to continue her stunning sucesses in wheelchair racing.
Renowned for her speed, resilience, and determination, competing in the 800m, 1500m, and marathon, Maddison had an outstanding performance at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Gamesand, winning the following medals:
Gold Medal - Women’s T54 Marathon
Gold Medal - Women’s T53/54 800m
Bronze Medal - Women’s T54 1500m
Having faced significant challenges and overcoming them with grace and grit, Maddison’s achievements highlight her as one of Australia’s most celebrated Paralympians, continuing to make waves in the world of para-athletics.
